Where can I check the data port connectivity?

On the web interface under “System \ Network” you can find the data port setting.
Make sure the “Green” Link is on. This is indicated when the physical link is connected.

Currently NeoSapphire products are installed with Intel x520-DA2 10GbE SFP network cards to provide 10Gbps access. However, some 10GbE SFP+ transceivers are incompatible with the Intel x520-DA2 card.
